The VESCC Annual Pilgrimage to Mariazell
Basilica Mariä Geburt, Mariazell
Date: October 26, 2011 (Austria’s national holiday)
Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
We shall have a mass at the Basilica to be celebrated by Fr. Kevin
Rosary Prayer
Lunch shall be reserved at a nearby restaurant at each participant’s expense
Bus transport shall be organized to and from Mariazell
Children of all ages are most welcome!

The Mariazell Basilica (also the Basilica Mariä Geburt or in English the Basilica of the Birth of the Virgin Mary) is a Marian basilica in Mariazell, Austria. It is the most important pilgramage destination in Austria and one of the most visited shrines in Europe.In the church, a miraculous wooden image of the Virgin Mary is honoured.
